The game centers on limited resources, tense exploration, and a story that follows Detective Sebastian Castellanos after a mass murder investigation turns into an encounter with a mysterious and powerful force.

After being ambushed and knocked unconscious, Sebastian awakens in a deranged world where hideous creatures wander among the dead. Its environments change in real time: corridors, walls, doors, and entire buildings shift around the player, so threats can appear from any direction.
